Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. The following policy applies to all items except Plants.
  • Items must be in original and saleable condition.
  • We will gladly refund or exchange products within 10 days.
  • Returns done between 11-30 days with be refunded onto a Gift Card.
  • All non-sealed edible and body care items are considered FINAL SALE.
  • Gift Cards and Final Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Fertilizers/Chemicals/Pesticides are FINAL SALE due to Government regulations.

Annuals & Vegetables

We are not able to accommodate returns or exchanges on annual plants. They are FINAL SALE.

Outdoor Plants

  • All trees and shrubs are FINAL SALE. Replacements may only be made in the case of a warranty.
  • Zone 2&3 hardy trees, evergreens, shrubs, vines and roses that are planted within 48 hours after purchase and cared for properly, are covered under a winter hardiness warranty for 1 year from time of purchase or June 1st of the following year; whichever occurs first. 
  • ONE TIME REPLACEMENT is offered on the above listed plants if they fail to survive during the guaranteed period. Replacements are made on dead plant material by way of a new plant or a Gift Card for the original purchase value. NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • Replacements are guaranteed until September 15th of the same growing season in which the plant was replaced and are not valid for the winter hardiness warranty.
  • Perennials, clematis, bulbs, roots and all non-hardy plants (Zone 4) are warrantied until September 15th of the same growing season as it was purchased.
  • Animal, environmental (severe weather, wind, disease, etc), or human damage is not a qualification for a warranty return.

Indoor Plants

Unsuccessful plants will be replaced with a new plant or Gift Card. NO CASH REFUNDS.

  • Up to 15 days – 100% replacement
  • Up to 30 days – 50% replacement
  • Beyond 30 days – No replacement
