Sage has a variety of foliage colours including marbled green, white and purple leaves that make the plant perfect for ornamental use such as rock gardens or to line the outside of stepping stone paths. The plant is also commonly used to flavour many popular dishes. Because of its fragrance it can also be used as organic ant control.
